While voicemail greetings are professionally recorded by our staff, clients are welcome to record their own greeting if they prefer. 

To do so:

STEP 1: Open the Posh app and tap on the three dots in the top right corner, which opens more options. 

STEP 2: Select Voicemail from the Settings menu and then the voicemail greeting you would like to edit. (Your phone may ask you to allow permission for the app to access your microphone.)

STEP 3: You can listen to your current greeting or select Record to re-record a new greeting.

STEP 4: When you’re happy with your greeting, press Save to update your voicemail box with your new greeting!
